27.08.2009 The
Hämeenlinna Medieval Fair is successfully behind us. On
behalf of the Guild thanks for all the folk who were there, the
audience and the crew alike. The trip was excellent.
We managed to get one
stone done from the scratch and another one painted during the
fair days. Check the pics in the gallery.

13.08.2009 A lot has
happened since the last update. The Guild has gathered twice and
we took part of the Laukaa medieval fair. At the end of the next
week we will be giving a work show at the Hämeenlinna
medieval fair.

will be coming shortly, when Pekka finds time to upload them.
A marathon session was
held at 24th - 26th of July, a new stone got started and we were
interviewed by a local branch of YLE (the national
radio-/tv-channel of Finland).
Zach, Worm and Pekka
gathered yesterday to carve stones and to make a stand for the
next week's Hämeenlinna fair. One stone was finished and
another one lacks only paint.

29.05.2009 Gallery
updates.
A marathon session was
held at the 8th - 10th of May. The session saw one stone
finished from the scrath, one got it's carving done and one got
painted.
The Guild was also
intervied to a local summer magazine at the friday evening.

Pekka and Worm
gathered to carve some stones at last weekend. Two stones had
their scratching done but no paint was added as the Guild's
paint storage seems to be drained (or more likely dried out).

A gathering took place
at the 28th of February, the 174th anniversary of the original
Kalevala - the Finnish national epic.

The Guild has gathered
twice since the last update. First at the time of the autumnal
equinox, 27th of September when the Kakkiri tournament 2008 took
place. And the second time at 13th of December, when we had a
big jam session and build a bass for the guild.

The Guild gathered at
the end of July. The two day session delivered two new stones at
an early stage of production. Also a visit to the local stone
quarry was made and some stone blanks brought to the Cave.

the beginning of the month. The Vaari-Stone was delivered and a
huge effort to move the Wotan-Stone through the woods was made.
Worm didn't attend the gathering as he was recovering from an
operation to his knee.

The Guild gathered
last weekend. A lot of work was done on the Vaari-stone and a
new Kakkigame was invented. A new painting of Ilmarinen was also
done on the door frame of the Cave.

25.08.2007 A gathering
was held. We finally finished the Vaari-stone's runeside and
began to carve the first pattern onto it's top. Also a great
clean up was made in the Cave. We managed to contract our 3
stone-sleds into just 1 by taking the Wotan Stone finally into
the woods. Kakkiri-tournament 2007 was held as well.

The Guild gathered at
the 14th of July and the Wedding Stone was finished.
A gathering took place
on the Midsummers eve as well, when a pilgrimage to the stones
nearby was made and a good time was had by all.

26.01.2006 A new pics
in the runestone
gallery.
The Guild made a trip
into a smithy of our friend Kärpänen
at the 14th day of this year. There we finished the sign of the
Guild, which Heikki, Worm and Kärpänen had begun to
make a quite a long while ago, and scratched more to a stone
they also had begun to scratch before.

the galleries.
The Guild gathered at
the 3th of December. Carving of the ordered Anchorstone was
finished and it was painted as well. And a lot of Skyggedansing
took place. Worm begun to carve yet a new tabletop stone.

the galleries.
A gathering took place
at 29th of October. We hunted some stones around the woods of
Kankkila and brought in quite a many tabletop sized ones. The
Anchorstone was cared further as we recieved the text it should
have, it still isn't finished but after the next session it
should be ready.

22.09.2005 HUGE amount
of new pics in the galleries.
The Guild gathered at
10th of September. One of the ordered stones was finished as was
a little tabletop stone. Pekka and Worm re-painted the outdoor
stone.

15.08.2005 New pics in
the galleries.
The Guild has gathered
twice between this and the last update. First on 11th of June,
when the outdoors project was finished; and now, on 13th of
August, when 3 stones were ordered from us. One of them was
already almost ready, which we finished, and the other two we
began to scratch.
At some point of the
midsummernight the outdoor stone met an unusually cruel fate, as
it was sprayed by some fucking retards. A cross and a smiley was
painted beside the pattern and the pattern itself was stained.
Fortunately the paint they used was waterbased and thus could be
washed away. Still, the white runes and outlines need to be
painted again since they're smudged. If we ever catch the losers
who committed this pitiful act, we'll hang them by their
testicles to the tallest tree in the forest.

19.05.2005 New pics in
the galleries.
The Guild gathered
last weekend. We began to carve a stone outside. By the road
that leads to Pekka's parents' farm. The stone is not yet
finished but Kakkipallo record was yet again broken.

The Guild was summoned
to Kankkila this weekend. The new stone was painted and a major
cleaning operation took place in the Cave. And we made a new
Kakkipallo record.

25.11.2004 The Guild's
pages found a new home from the wormworld.org.
The Guild gathered
into Kankkila last weekend. We began to make an altar to Ukko,
the King of Gods from the Finnish mythology. Also an unfotunate
accident happened when the Futhark-stone fell on the floor and
was broken on two. Loki visited us in the form of a mouse right
after the incident.

15.08.2004 The Guild
gathering took place once again. The ordered work was finnished,
Wotan stone was nearly finished and the Pattern stone got a
little enhancement... The pictures will come soon. 3 new stones
were also brought into the cave and a ceiling got a painting of
Jormundgand.
New images have been
added to the Feast of Aegir.
The Karelian branch
has been busy and two new stones have got their images to the
Karelian Branch gallery.

10.07.2004 The Guild
gathered last weekend. Carving of a little ordered work was
finished and the "Wotan stone" got some paint on her.
The ordered work turned out to be by far the hardest stone we've
ever scratched... The true meaning of Kakkipallo was revealed to
us as we played it in heavy rain out on the mud field. Although
no genuine "shit" was involved, the amount of mud upon
us after a session was respectable. The Guild also had a guest
of who's future in the Guild is still a mystery.

15.05.2004 The Guild
was summoned to Kankkila after a too long break. The "Wotan
stone" that we began to carve last time is now carved...
though it might get runes on the other side of her as well, this
is a mystery yet unsolved. Siegfried -wallpainting got a little
extension as well. There will be some images as fast as we get
them developed.

13.03.2004 The
Gathering took place again. This time we finnished and painted
the stone that we began to scratch last time. We also started to
scratch a new one. Blackworm had done some amulets and miniature
statues out of clay and we started to add some color to them.
Kakkipallo (Shitball)
was introduced to the snow. We had a little bonfire in the
middle of our icy playground so it was a small miracle (Freya be
praised) that no one of our drunken party got hurt.

18.02.2004 The
Runestone Gallery has a new look.
The Guild gathered at
the 7th of february. We discovered that the bones were too
fragile to make amulets of so we decided to move back to the
basics. Pekka and Worm took a little trip to the garden and
found an apple tree, thus cutting off a branch. This seemed a
good material and some amulets were already made. We also gave a
finishing touch to the wall painting and started to work on a
new stone.

17.01.2004 The Guild
was summoned again to the cave in Kankkila. We had a little trip
to the woods and found a skeleton of a deer shot but a few days
before... Thus we spend a good 8 hours boiling it's bones so
that we can use them on the rune amulets. Also a new wall
painting was made, a portray of Siegfried slaying the dragon.
A discussion about the
content of the guild pages was had and as soon as Pekka and
Heikki have time to get into the business there will be done
some major changes.

16.11.2003 Thou art
welcome to enter to the brand new Message
Board.
The Guild gathered
again last weekend. The Futhark stone was painted and the
painting of the back wall has been finnished. Some try-outs for
the rune amulets were made also.

30.10.2003 The guild
gathered again last weekend. The secret of the runes has been
revealed to us in it's full glory. We scratched a stone to honor
the elder futhark.
We started to paint
the back wall of the Cave... Images will be added when they are
available.
A new winds may be
blowing in the guild as we have discussed about a possibility to
broaden our production line to a stone and/or wood rune
amulets... And hopefully in the future they may be ordered from
these pages... And were not gonna fuck with you since, if we
start to make amulets, we shall do them properly and invoke the
magick of the rune(s) by a ceremony and were gonna use our own
blood as a color.

02.08.2003 The guild
finally gathered again! We worked very hard and managed to
finnish up three stones. One of them was made from the scratch
as we brought three new stones into the cave...
The one we made is a
memorial stone to Heikki's friend's girlfriend, who passed on to
live among the gods at the first part of the year... It is meant
to be placed on the spot where the accident happened.

17.03.2003 At last!
Pekka is online daily... From now on there will be minimal(day
or ´two at max.) delays on the updating and the questbook
answering...
Soon the gallery
section shall have additions as the lost images of the
"moonstone" were discovered by Worm...

08.02.2003 At last we
have gathered again! We decided to do a complete facelift to one
of our stones - the ugly green one... We carved the annoying
parts away and made the pattern go on to the other surface of
the stone. We also made a snakehead to the pattern and painted
it blue... It's not finnished yet but it is already a lot better
than before...
A glorious trip to the
woods was also made during the daylights final futile effor
against the nattestid... We tried to find stones fit to our
purposes. Alas, in vain! ...We visited the "Karhukivi"-site
and took some pictures of it as it stood on the snowy ground...
We finally decided
what to carve on the other surface of the "pattern
stone"... And started to scratch the runes there... It also
lies yet unfinnished.

04.10.2002 Blackworm,
Kubbe and Zacharias went into the woods in Porlammi and carved a
praise for Ukko the Finnish King of Gods into the hilltop rock.
The paint will be added sometime now...
Kubbe will be acting
as a weapons suplier for the guild from now-on... And he also
will be taking part in the outdoor activities such as the one
that took place at this date and time...

01.06.2002 Blackworm
moved to Jyväskylä and works there as an tattoo
artist. Now the Guild wont meet so often ´cause all the
members live in different parts of Finland. Webmaster doesn´t
have a computer anymore, so pages wont be dated so often. But we
will keep the guild and netsite going and do our best. May Ukko
Ylijumala guide our path!

26.01.2002 Finally we
carved the runes to the stone we didn´t finish last time.
We even painted it so it´s finished. Altought the text
that we carved wasn´t very intelligent(probably too much
beer). I hope that nobody bothers to translate it... Anyway, go
and see pictures at gallery section.
Oh yeah, we did make
more of those weapons... a dagger and whatnot.

17.11.2001 Again a
glorious meeting of the guild. We started to carve a new stone
and got the pattern ready. What will we write into it, remains
still a mystery...
A new Master of Arms
has been appointed. Saku "Zacharias" Lindberg, our
long time friend has taken the hammer into his hands and now
belongs to the guild...
A new weapon saw it's
first dawn. Our axe collection has grown as the light fauchard
was made.
We finally returned
our beer bottle collection to the store. It totalled aprox. 480
bottles and we used the money we had from them on a good
purpose; we spent it on alcohol...

5-7.10.2001 We carved
the stones thru the whole weekend and managed to get something
done! The fisrt ordered work was finnished  and
money flowed into the guilds account (For reasons explained
before, Kubbe wasn't with us and therefore the money was divided
among the three remaining members. What a pity...) The customer
was pleased and now the stone stands in the middle of her
garden.
We painted all of our
stones! At last everything we have in our cellar, is finnished.
Even the war-flail got a new paint on her beautiful skin.

5.10.2001 Time to
carve runestones again! We met only once in the summer, wich is
shame since it´s the best time to make these stones - at
least in Finland where we have long winters. Anyway, we got our
first runestone order and now it´s good time to start
carving it.

In summer, tough we
didn't do much carving, a major change took place within the
guild.  Kubbe,
our Master of Arms was revealed to be pyromanic and he's going
to spend some time in jail. The date, when he is about to start
his career within the prison walls is yet unknown. His future in
the guild is unknown also, it might just happen that we have an
opening for the Master of Arms...
